On my recent car holiday in Italy I booked a few hotels and Bed and Breakfast places mentioned / recommended in your Blue Guide Italy (2009 edition). I was absolutely not disappointed, on the contrary. However one of your addresses needs a little update:

€ La Maisons des Vignerons The description and the price range are both absolutely correct, it’s really a very nice place with beautiful rooms, a nice garden and a delicious breakfast. Now, what has changed?
– since the birth of her son a few years ago Ms. Lea Costabloz (the host, in cc) doesn’t serve dinner anymore (previously on request)
– due to a recent new renumbering, the address is now Grand Vert 224 (and no longer 100)
– Ms. Costabloz would prefer to see her mobile phone appear 0347 433 49 36 (rather than the mentioned land line now) I hope it can be useful to you as well as to Ms. Costabloz.
We read your “Concise Italy” mainly after our trip–Rome, Florence, Sicily–and wished we’d spent more time on it before. In 14 days you can’t see everything so the focus in this was really good, theres stuff in the neighborhoods where we were we wish we’d seen.
By the way we found all the information offices in Syracuse were closed for some reason?
